on this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") and in the Company.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter "data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person (Art. 4 (1) GDPR).  This information includes name, contact details such as postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc. and other information about natural persons.

In general, you can visit our website without providing any personal data.

We collect, process and use personal data to the extent necessary to enable you to use the website. For this purpose, the provider (or its web space provider) collects data about each access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes:

Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of the operation, security and optimisation of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data retrospectively if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete indications.

This website uses "Matomo" (formerly "Piwik"), an open source statistical software, for analysis purposes. Your use of the website is evaluated exclusively in anonymised form in order to compile reports on website activity.

The data collected by Matomo is stored on rented servers in the area of responsibility of the responsible party, in accordance with Art. 4 7. of the Zentrum für Bucherhaltung GmbH, and is not passed on to third parties under any circumstances (except for order processors in accordance with Art. 28. DSGVO for hosting and website operation). The IP address is anonymised immediately after processing and before storage, the last two tuples of the IP address are not stored.

Matomo uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer, to analyse the use of the websites. The storage of cookies can be prevented by making the appropriate settings in the browser software. If your browser supports the "Do-Not-Track" technology and you have activated it, your visit will be automatically ignored.

You can object to the storage and analysis of this data by Matomo at any time (link: https://zfb.com/datenschutz/matomo/  ). In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie is permanently stored in your browser, which causes Matomo not to collect any data for storage and evaluation. However, if you delete this cookie intentionally or unintentionally, the objection to data storage and evaluation will also be lifted and can be renewed via the above link.

We use the online advertising programme "Google Ads" and within this framework conversion tracking (visit action evaluation). Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). When you click on an advertisement placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie will be stored on your computer. These cookies are only valid for a limited period of time, do not contain any personal data and therefore do not serve to identify you personally. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that you have clicked on the ad and were redirected to that page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no possibility that cookies can be tracked across Ads customers' websites.

The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics. This tells us the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO for the legitimate interest in targeted advertising and the analysis of the effect and efficiency of this advertising.                                                                                                                                 You have the right to object to this processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
To do this, you can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate technical settings in your browser software. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. Furthermore, you can deactivate personalised advertising for you in Google's advertising settings. You can find instructions on how to do this at https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922 . You can also deactivate the use of cookies by third-party providers by visiting the deactivation page of the Network Advertising Initiative at https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/and implementing the further information on opting out provided there.

We use Google Maps on our website to display our location and to create directions. This is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "Google". To enable the display of certain fonts on our website, a connection to the Google server in the USA is established when you access our website. If you call up the Google Maps component integrated into our website, Google will store a cookie on your terminal device via your internet browser. In order to display our location and provide directions, your user settings and data are processed. We cannot exclude the possibility that Google uses servers in the USA. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in optimising the functionality of our website. Through the connection to Google established in this way, Google can determine from which website your request was sent and to which IP address the directions are to be transmitted.

If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your internet browser or preventing the loading of external content on our website (cookie query during website visit). In addition, the use of Google Maps and the information obtained via Google Maps is subject to the Google-Nutzungsbedingungen und den Geschäftsbedingungen für Google Maps.

Google also offers further information at https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated and https://policies.google.com/privacy.

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we require, in addition to your email address, confirmation that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. This data is only collected for the purpose facilitating dispatch of the newsletter to you and to document our authorisation in this regard. The data will not be passed on to third parties. You can revoke your order for the newsletter and your consent to the storage of your e-mail address at any time.

To ensure the secure operation of our website, we use reCAPTCHA from Google Inc. when you register for our newsletter. With reCAPTCHA, we can determine whether a natural person and not a computer (bot) is registering. In doing so, the IP address and other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service are sent to Google. The IP address is not combined with other data from Google unless you are logged in with your Google account while using reCAPTCHA.

This website uses CleverReach for sending newsletters. The provider is CleverReachGmbH & Co. KG, Schafjückenweg 2, 26180 Rastede. CleverReach is a service with which the newsletter dispatch can be organised and analysed. The dataentered by you for the purpose of receiving newsletters (e.g. e-mail address) will be stored on CleverReach servers in Germany or Ireland. CleverReach makes it possible to analyse the behaviour of newsletter recipients. Among other things, it can be analysed how many recipients have opened the newsletter message, how many recipients have received the newsletter and how often which link in the newsletter was clicked.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legitimacy of the data processing operations carried out thus far remains unaffected by the revocation.

If you do not want any analysis by CleverReach, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message. You can also unsubscribe directly on the website.

The data you provide us with for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of CleverReach after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses) remain unaffected by this.

The concrete storage period of the processed data at CleverReach cannot be fully checked or influenced by us, but is determined by CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG.

Deadlines that can be influenced and configured by us:

"Automatic deletion of unsubscribed recipients": 1 month

"Automatic deletion of unconfirmed recipients": 1 month "Backup of the recipient list": 30 days

Conclusion of a contract for commissioned data processing

We have concluded a contract for commissioned data processing with CleverReach and fully implement the provisions of the DSGVO when using CleverReach.

If you use our contact form and provide personal data (such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) to contact us or for other purposes, the input and transmission of this data is voluntary. This data will only be used by us for the specified purpose and will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, unless we are obliged to do so by law.

If a contractual relationship is to be established between you and us, or its content is to be developed or changed, or if you submit an enquiry to us, we collect, store and use personal data from you insofar as this is necessary for these purposes.

All personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the stated purpose (processing your enquiry or handling a contract) or to comply with statutory retention periods.

The use of the contact data of the imprint for commercial advertising is expressly not desired, unless the provider had previously given his written consent or a business relationship already exists. The provider and all persons named on this website hereby object to any commercial use and disclosure of their data.

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents we have no influence. We assume no liability for the content and compliance with data protection regulations by the providers of the linked sites. The respective provider or operator of these sites is always responsible for the content of the linked sites.

The provider expressly points out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) is subject to security gaps and cannot be completely protected against access by third parties. In the event of faulty data transmission or unauthorised access by third parties, the provider cannot accept any responsibility or liability. Data storage and processing is carried out exclusively on servers in Germany.

We take the protection of personal data very seriously. All employees involved in the processing of personal data are bound to data secrecy. When involving cooperation partners, we strictly adhere to the requirements of the GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.

Pursuant to Art. 15 DSGVO, users have the right to request information free of charge about the personal data stored about them. Furthermore, users have the right to correct incorrect data, block and delete their personal data, insofar as this does not conflict with any legal obligation to retain data. For this purpose, please contact the provider using the contact details in the imprint.

Pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO, users also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of the data concerning you violates data protection regulations. The right to lodge a complaint can be asserted with a supervisory authority in the member state of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

Personal data of applicants that is transmitted to us is collected and processed for the purpose of handling the application procedure. The data is processed electronically, especially when documents are sent to us electronically, e.g. by e-mail. The transmitted data will be deleted after 2 months if no employment comes about. The only reason for further storage could be, for example, a justified interest, which is derived, for example, from a duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). If an employment relationship is established, all data will be stored and processed in accordance with the legal requirements for the purpose of processing the employment relationship.

If you have any questions regarding the processing of personal data, you can also contact our data protection officer at the following address.
